Your identity and the design language that surrounds your brand is a worthwhile investment given the importance of design in most categories of business today. It’s important to understand the added value and quality cues that design can add to your competitive edge.
A brand is not a logo, a tagline, or an advertising campaign. It’s a multidimensional platform that can be your greatest differentiator and competitive edge, if built correctly. It represents both a rational and emotional connection to your various stakeholders and the consumer that ultimately decides to purchase and engage with you.
Your brand name exists objectively; people can see it. It’s fixed. But your brand exists only in someone’s mind which is why it’s important to understand what you would like your brand to look and feel like, our brand vision process will help you better understand what that maybe.
Like any relationship, it all starts with a first date to make sure the sparks fly! After your initial enquiry, we will set up a complimentary Brand Vision Brainstorm which can be a face to face meeting or Skype session. We will ask you some important questions prior to our first meeting regarding your business, vision and goals so that we can get to the heart of what makes your business unique. This process allows us to get a feel for the design language that will best represent your brand and put us in a position to provide you with an estimate for review in line with the elements you require. You also get the chance to ask us any questions. This step will give us both a chance to get to know one another and make sure we are going to make an amazing team.
After you have reviewed the estimate and if you wish to proceed we will ask you to select which payment option you would like i.e.: 50% to start and 50% on completion or the total split over 3 months. The 1st payment will be required to start your branding project. Once confirmed we will research ideas for your branding and put together an inspiration board for review. Once we have aligned our thoughts and made sure we’re on the right track we will start on the development of your new business brand and set a date that you will receive your first branding presentation. Typically this will be with within 7 – 14 working days of confirming that you would like to proceed.

It’s time to reveal your new business branding presentation, exciting times! This will include: business overview (including target audience, usp, core values) brand inspiration to help set the tone in line with your business overview, 6 bespoke logo designs including, font selection, colour/ print palette and shown within mock scenes so you can see how each bespoke logo can develop onto the elements required for your full branding project. This will be sent via email where you will have the chance to review and select which branding option you prefer. At this stage you can request 2 rounds of revisions until you are in love with the direction.
*For branding projects which include website design, this stage will also include options for your branded website in line with your bespoke logos and include navigation structure.
Once your logo selection has been made we take your new brand identity and continue the design through to your print material / website design which will be in line with your project proposal. Once you have received artwork you will have the opportunity to review and request up to 2 rounds of revisions until your are happy to proceed to print stage.
Once a sign off email has been received we will proceed to print, create your brand guidelines for future brand consistency and package up your logos and send them to you via a convenient dropbox link for download where you can save them for future use.
Please allow 10 working days to print your business stationery set. Letter press printing will take 15 working days.
For orders being shipped outside of Jersey we will provide delivery time frame in line with where you are based.
For future print orders and on going digital or artwork requirements we can always work with you through your business journey and also work as a sounding ground for any ideas you have going forward. Our ultimate aim is to see you grow and succeed.
For clients wishing to include a website and launch campaign to their branding package at this stage of the project we will be in a position to show the world your new business brand and start your launch campaigns which may consist of a; launch event, google adwords campaign, launch newsletter, social media campaign, printed advertising, the list is endless. We are here to manage and support this for you if you wish. At the end of the launch campaign we will review stats and see which marketing routes were most successful for your business, which will be a great insight as to where best to advertise in the future.
